:: ประวัติย่อ :: นิค เซียร์ซี ผลงานแสดงภาพยนตร์เรื่องแรกกับหนังของริดลีย์ สก็อต เรื่อง “Days of Thunder” และต่อมาใน “The Prince of Tides” ช่วงเวลาที่มีชื่อเสียงของเขามาถึงเมื่อได้รับบทที่ทุกคนจดจำได้กับการเป็นสามีโฉดของ แมรี่-หลุยส์ ปาร์กเกอร์ ในหนังบ็อกซ์ออฟฟิศเรื่องฮิต “Fried Green Tomatoes” ซึ่งนำไปสู่บทนำใน “The Real McCoy” และ “The Fugitive” ผลงานเรื่องล่าสุดของเขาคือในเรื่อง “Cast Away,” “One Hour Photo,” Tigerland” และ “Head of State”
เซียร์ซีมีงานประจำในซีรีส์โทรทัศน์ “American Gothic” เขารับบทนักบินอวกาศ เดค สเลย์ตัน ในซีรีส์ได้รับรางวัลเอ็มมี่ของทอม แฮงคส์ “From the Earth to the Moon” ซึ่งเขาเป็นนักแสดงเพียงคนเดียวที่แสดงในทุกตอน
